Account access is sometimes tricky when you forget your password. Not to worry as we have made resetting your password easy and painless as possible.
There are three ways you can change your password on the pymetrics platform. Lets go through them.
#1 Upon logging in, you will see below the password box, a link that helps you reset your password. If you have an existing account with pymetrics, an email with a link to reset your password will send to your inbox associated with that account. Click the link you receive and follow the steps.
#2 You also have the option to reset your password in the platform by navigating to Settings while logged into your account. The third option from the top is where you will select "Change Password". You will need to know your old password in order to create a new one.
#3 The third and final option to reset your password, if all else fails please contact our support agents and let us know that you have tried both ways to reset on your own and we will help you with out an issue. You will be sent a temporary password and be asked to create a new password upon sign-in for extra measure as we do not store passwords for security reasons.
