In order to complete the digital interview, we will need access to your camera. If you do not allow access or if your browser/device is set up to automatically block this access, you may see the following 2 errors (see below) & will need to provide access. See below for steps to allow access.

"We don't have permission to use your camera"
This error message shows up if you have hit "deny" when prompted to either allow or deny pymetrics access to your camera (or microphone). In order to resolve, you will need to update your browser privacy setting to allow access. In most cases, this is how you can allow access:
Click on the icon circled above.
Select "Always allow https://www.pymetrics.com to access your camera and microphone" & click on Done.
"Permission denied by system"
This error message shows up if your device has privacy settings to deny browser access to camera. This error message can show up even if you previously selected "allow" access when prompted by pymetrics. In order to resolve, you will need to update your device privacy setting to allow access. In most cases, this is how you can allow access:
In your Security & Privacy settings of your device, select "Camera" and enable the browser(s) you were using to access your microphone
After doing this, you may be asked to quit and restart your browser so the changes take effect. This will require you to login again through the original invite link.
